Hon Patrick Mariru is the Member of Parliament Laikipia West. He is also the alternative speaker of the national assembly. He served as the Speaker at Laikipia county assembly. He previously worked as the Legal International Aid Advisor with Action Aid International and Legal Advisor for NCCK
He is currently undertaking a PHD in Leadership and Governance. He has a first masters in Public Policy Management from University of London, a second Masters in Divinity from AIU and a Law Degree from UON.
Patrick is married to Catherine and they have 3 daughters.
